Biotissue is an innovative biotechnology firm with activities in Germany and Switzerland to produce and distribute tissue renewing products from autologous cells. As the technological leader of the market in autologous tissue area, it has activities in the market of orthopedics with biological cartilagege and bone renewal products. In addition, bone renewal application is rather successful also in oral surgery. Comprehensive activities of research and development have ensured the production of another product, which completely new for the treatment of cartilage disorders. It signed an agreement in July 2008 with Innomed Medical as the exclusive distributor in Turkey. |

Pennine Healthcare is a firm producing and distributing disposable sterile medical devices to be used in anesthesia, and aspiration in respiratory, urologic and surgical areas in Britain. It signed and agreement in 01 April 2008 with Innomed Medical as the exclusive distributor in Turkey.
